Domain purchase

Domain names are purchased on the client's behalf. The client remains the owner of the domain names with Regency Marketing Limited/ Regency Medical Marketing as the registered managers.

Should you wish to move the domain names to a different supplier in the future, there would be no administration cost in the transfer from Regency.

A small administration fee for transferring domain names into our control. Once the transfer is successful Regency would take over the annual renewal and management of your domain names on your behalf.

Hosting

The hosting fee covers the ongoing costs associated with the running and maintenance of the website, the servers, the database, backups, the software licences, email services (where appropriate), and other miscellaneous costs associated with ensuring that the site and the email services are running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is also a small component related to continual development of the website and administration facilities, for example, upgrading the contact form on the website to include image verification (to prevent spam), enquiry management facilities in the CMS, and email auto responders (an automated email is sent to the person after they have filled in the contact form).

These regular upgrades are not separately charged but part of the hosting and maintenance services that Regency provide.

The domain name registrations are not included in the standard hosting fees, but are a small additional charge, usually paid annually or bi-annually.

Website design & development

The fee for design & development covers consultancy, graphic design of your web site, page dynamics, multiple template creation, assistance in navigation and structure, training to ensure you can manage your web solution and content management system, testing and validation of your website to be supported by common browser types.

Design will be taken from a writen brief with two sets of amendments included.

Content Management System (CMS)

The CMS licence is a one off fee with no annual renewal charge. The CMS is fully secure and can be provided with multiple passwords.

Our websites have been organically developed using the latest technology to allow you to easily update text and images. .

Engineering of content pages

To build your website, while engineering the site design, database, templates, population of content, testing, amends and deployment.

Copywriting

Content service provide for the copywriting of a medical procedure, profile or marketing page. From 300 to 500 words per article, longer articles may be supplied at the discression of the copywriter should the article require.

Content will be provided in Word document for review and proofing. Up to 2 x sets of feedback and amends from the client. Client to forward final approved document for population to website, leaflet or brochure as required.

Maintenance -

Project management

This fee covers meeting, travel and consultation time. 

Search Engine Optimisation

Payment

Payment of your account becomes due in part at the start of engineering at 25% of total costs, with the remaining balance due in full at completion of engineering.

It is in your best interest to supply content as soon as possible at the start of build, unless copywriting services have been requested as part of this agreement. You are responsible for provision of your own content for your pages.

Content can be added before, during and after the engineering has been completed and live. This will not effect or delay the build of your web site, therefore should not delay settlement of your account.
