Business Development Manager


This is a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an established advertising organisation within the Medical industry. Operating in a highly lucrative marketplace with few established competitors. As Business Development Manager, you will be focused on new business development, working to increase Regency Marketing penetration of customers within the healthcare sector. You will also be responsible for the complete life cycle of retained projects.

Your initial focus will be to identify and prospect target customers across the UK. You will scope out their existing capabilities in advertising/web development and identify key areas where Regency Marketing can add value to the customer. You will then sell the innovative solutions into the customer.


This is a new business role with a focus on establishing and building strong relationships with our key target customer markets.

We are looking for, a proven business developer, natural people person with a track record of success ideally in the medical field or with the determination to take on a new industry..

EXPERIENCE

         Extensive experience of devising/implementing business development strategies

         Significant experience of large-scale commercial lead generation

         Experience of producing sales proposals and tender documents

         Experience of providing innovative solutions to organisational business issues

         Proven experience of presenting at a senior level

         Excellent persuasive, influencing and negotiation skills in a sales situation

         Commercial lead generating techniques including sales promotion

         Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with current and prospective   clients

         Resilient and tenacious

         Able to influence at all levels
